Terms of Service

Effective 7 October 2026

The terms under which Superhands is provided, in plain language.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Superhands, the operator of the service at app.superhands.ai. By creating an account, joining a team, connecting an agent or otherwise using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" then means that organisation.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

The service

Superhands lets a team keep its knowledge and skills in one shared place and make them available to the coding agents its members use. A connected agent asks Superhands for guidance relevant to a task, receives it, and reports what that guidance changed. We may add, change or remove features over time. Where a change removes something a paid team relies on, we will give reasonable notice.

Accounts and teams

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • A team has exactly one owner, who can invite and remove members, manage the plan and delete the team. Members see the team's content and activity.
  • Agent connections are scoped to a team. A token issued for one team gives no access to another. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for revoking a connection you no longer want.
  • You must be at least sixteen to use the service.

Your content

Everything your team writes or imports into Superhands, and everything your agents report, remains yours. You give us only the licence needed to store it, show it to your team and its agents, and operate the service. We do not use your content to train models.

You are responsible for what you put in. You must have the right to share it with your team, and it must not be unlawful, infringing or harmful. We may remove content that breaks these terms and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Repositories and sandboxes

If your team installs the Superhands GitHub App, you grant us the permissions the installation lists and nothing more. Where a feature reads source code it does so at one revision inside a short-lived sandbox that holds no credentials, and the source is discarded when the run ends. We do not write to your repositories except where a feature says it will and you have enabled it.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Access another team's data, or attempt to, by any means.
  • Probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with its operation.
  • Use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction, or resell access to it.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or distribute malware, credentials you are not entitled to, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Use the service in a way that places unreasonable load on it, or circumvent the limits of your plan.

Plans and payment

  • The free plan has limits on the number of instructions a team can hold and the number of agent runs it can make. Those limits are stated in the product and may change.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe, until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
  • If a payment fails we may move the team to the free plan after a grace period. Content above the free limits is kept but may not be added to until the team is back on a paid plan.
  • Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice; the change applies from the next renewal after the notice period.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account, and a team owner can delete the team, at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if continuing would put the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. On termination your right to use the service ends and we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and documentation are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you no rights in them beyond use of the service. The connect client we publish is licensed under the terms in its package. Feedback you give us about the product can be used by us without obligation.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is. Guidance supplied to an agent is your team's own material, and what an agent does with it is between you and the agent. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output of a connected agent will be correct, and we exclude all implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell account holders by email at least fourteen days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
